New seminar concept: Combined training - Purchasing and sales

This workshops directs to all employees that deal with clients /suppliers who do not want to "win" a negotiation. The aim is to transfer knowledge about how to communicate in a honest and professional way in meetings and negotiations on both sides of the table.
The training concept is based on open and vivid discussions during the class. Our aim is to complement theoretical knowledge by practical examples and problems provided by each participant.
